Resolving consequences due to incorrect information input

Cancel the order

In case the customer has not made payment, the customer has the right to terminate the transaction by notifying Hanoia.com via hotline or send a message at the email support@hanoia.com.

In case the customer has made a part or full payment of the order and wants to terminate the transaction, Hanoia.com does not support refund.
