Exchange policy

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE POLICY

    1. Your order will be accepted for exchange if returned in original condition and packaging, within seven (07) days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return. Purchased items are non-refundable.
    2. For order placed at stores, please send the item(s) to the original store for the exchange request to be processed. For online orders, exchange requests should be sent to sales@hanoia.com.
    3. Purchased items which have been used, altered or damaged cannot be exchanged. We reserve the right to determine if an item is qualified for exchange.
    4. Products can only be exchanged for items of equivalent or higher value.
