HANOIA ⨯ MAISON KITSUNÉ

For the first time, Hanoia and Maison Kitsuné have teamed up to create a unique limited-edition collection for The Year of the Snake, 2025. This collaboration celebrates the iconic fox from the French-Japanese brand Maison Kitsuné and the snake symbol in East Asian culture. Designers from both brands, with the expert craftsmanship of Hanoia's master artisans, have brought these heritage symbols to life in a collection of lacquer jewelry and handcrafted lacquer boxes.

Celebrated globally for its exquisite lacquerware, Hanoia has partnered with Maison Kitsuné to create a collection blending harmonious Japanese, French, and Vietnamese cultures. By merging Maison Kitsuné's iconic design with Hanoia's intricate craftsmanship, this collaboration emerges as a new symbol of cultural fusion, artistic expression, and enduring artisanal heritage.

Featuring two jewelry lines—bracelets and necklaces—the collection provides a diverse selection of materials and colors.

This collection features gold-plated bracelets and necklaces, and braided cord bracelets. Each piece is adorned with charms showcasing the collection's signature fox and snake. In Eastern culture, both the snake and the fox represent wisdom, intelligence, and sharpness.

The centerpiece of the collection is the handcrafted lacquer jewelry box, offered in two stunning variations: lilac and red. Designed and crafted by Hanoia, this fox-shaped jewelry box showcases Hanoia's ethereal craftsmanship of lacquer. The glossy, vibrant finish and the playful, youthful design of the fox-shaped box are the result of hundreds of hours of meticulous work, demanding extensive experience and precision from the most seasoned artisans.

The limited-edition collection will make its debut in Vietnam in December, with a global launch at Maison Kitsuné boutiques and online stores set for January 2025.
