    • Do not rub the product on abrasive rough surfaces, especially the corners.
    • Keep the product away from humid environments, avoid direct exposure to sunlight for a long time

    • Never store leather bags in an airtight cabinet when not in use. You should store the product in the provided dust bag, keep the product in a dry, well-ventilated space.

    1. GENUINE LEATHER AND VEGAN LEATHER

    • In case of contact with water, blot lightly with an absorbent, light-colored, lint-free cloth. Natural vegetable cowhide over time will gradually develop a glossy/patina layer when exposed to air and light. To ensure a consistent finish, when not in use, store your product in the provided dust bag, keep in a cool, dry place. The more polished the leather is, the tighter the surface becomes and the harder it becomes to crack and scratch.

    2. CALF AND COWHIDE LEATHER

    • Calf and cowhide leather of all types scratch easily and can be damaged by solvents or liquids. If soiled, wipe gently with a damp, soft, dry, light-colored cloth (the risk of staining from the towel is higher if the towel is dark). Do not wash leather bags yourself in anyway. If the bag gets wet, let it air dry, do not heat the leather surface.

    3. FABRIC LINING

    • Light-colored lining gets dirty easily. If your lining is soiled, wipe gently with a soft, light-colored, lint-free cloth lightly moistened with water (or pH-neutral soap). Do not use strong detergent solutions (dish washing liquid, bleach, etc.) to wash and clean the lining fabric under any circumstances.

    4. LEATHER LINING

    • Leather material is chosen to be used for high-end leather bags, but the lining will not be as perfect as the main leather. Color variation, branding marks and scars are standard characteristics of authentic leather and should be expected. Although they are more durable than fabric, they are sensitive to light and subject to abrasion. Lining leathers are often less durable and more prone to scratches than the authentic leather. We recommend avoiding any contact with sharp objects. However, an all-leather bag will give you the best experience.

Proper care of a leather bag will allow you to preserve its beauty for many years and at some point it will become an indispensable companion in your personal style discovery journey.

If you have any problem, please contact the store from which you purchased the bag.

  • GOLD-PLATED JEWELRY

All plated jewellery will naturally tarnish and look dull if proper care has not been taken. Here are some quick and easy tips to take care of your jewellery for a longer lasting lifecycle:

    • Keep it away from wood
Avoid leaving your jewellery on chemically treated surfaces or on wood which can stain or speed up the tarnishing process.
    • Keep it in a ziplock bag
Over time, your jewelry comes in contact with moisture and air which causes it to eventually tarnish. Put it in a ziplock bag and squeeze out all the air before sealing.
    • Store your silver with chalk
Chalk absorbs moisture, or if you find that dusty, invest in some dehumidifiers or silica packs.
    • Away from skincare
Putting it on after you’ve applied your make-up and sprayed any perfume, hairspray or other beauty products. The chemicals in these products can damage your jewellery and reduce its lustre, so avoid letting them come into contact with each other.
    • Keep your jewellery dry
Never wear silver jewellery when you go swimming or at the sauna. Especially in the case of chlorinated water! Always take off any jewellery before getting into a pool or making a trip to the spa.
    • Keep away from direct sunlight
Prolonged exposure to light and heat can impact the colour and durability of many gemstones, so make sure to protect your jewellery from these harsh conditions. When you’re not wearing your new jewellery design, be sure to store it in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight.
    • Keep gold jewellery separately from silver jewellery - Store it separately
Gold scratches easily, so keep them in individual soft cloth bags or the original boxes they came it.
A jewellery box with small, padded compartments will prevent items from scraping, scratching and bumping into one another, and will also keep your collection out of direct sunlight and protected from dust.
    • Wipe after wearing
Gently wipe down your jewellery after every wear using a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust or dirt, and to prevent build-ups of other substances like creams and perfumes.
    • Do not use toothpaste
That home remedy is too abrasive and will damage your jewellery in the long run.
    • Use dishwashing soap and warm water
For pieces that are dull, filmy, or starting to discolor, mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water and rub the jewelry with a soft cloth. Rinse in cool water and buff with a cloth until dry.
    • Give your jewellery a no-soak treatment
For pearls and other porous stones, use a small makeup brush dipped in shampoo and water to clean. Use a damp cloth to wipe the pearl.
    • Use cotton buds for fiddly areas
It can be a challenge to polish all the nooks and crannies of certain jewellery items (Nomination charm bracelets being a prime culprit). In this case, non-plastic cotton buds can allow you reach some of the more awkward areas.
    • Put your pieces on rotation
Jewellery isn’t meant to be worn 24/7, give it a break and show some love to other pieces of jewellery.
    • Different materials require different cleaning processes
It’s important to know exactly what you’re dealing with before starting to clean, as the incorrect technique or substances could cause undue harm to your precious jewellery.
