Hanoia would like to inform our valued customers of the working schedule during the Lunar New Year holiday in 2026 as follows:

I/ DELIVERY SCHEDULES

1. Standard delivery: will be suspended from February 9th to February 22nd. Orders placed during the holiday period will be processed from February 23rd, 2026 (the 7th day of the Lunar New Year).

• With other provinces and suburban districts of Hanoi & HCM city: kindly place order before 12PM on February 8th (Sunday);
• With the inner area of Hanoi & HCM city: kindly place order before 12PM on February 9th (Monday);

For orders containing liquid products (perfume, hand cream, candles, shower gel, etc.) and electronic products with batteries (headphones, speakers, etc.), due to shipping requirements: The deadline for placing orders to receive them before the holiday is before 3:00 PM on February 6th (Friday).

After these dealines, customers should contact Customer Support in advance to check availability in each city and shipping times.

2. Express shipping service - chargeable: Operates normally until 12:00 PM on the 29th day of the Lunar New Year , and resumes operation from February 19th (the 3rd day of the Lunar New Year):

II/ CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER

The Customer Support department will receive inquiries, assist with purchases, and process returns/exchanges until 12:00 PM on February 16th (29th of the Lunar New Year) . Requests after this time will be supported from February 19th (3rd day of the Lunar New Year) with the following operating hours:

• February 15th (28th day of the Lunar New Year): Normal operating hours (09:00 - 21:00)

• February 16th (29th day of the Lunar New Year): 09:00 - 12:00

• February 17th (the first day of Lunar New Year): Holiday

• February 18th (2nd day of Lunar New Year): Holiday

• February 19th (3rd day of Lunar New Year): 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• February 20th (4th day of Lunar New Year): 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• February 21st (5th day of Lunar New Year): Normal operating hours (09:00 - 21:00)

- Due to the policy, the delivery company can decline the claims if you agree to receive the goods and have signed the receipt of delivery. Therefore, please check the product's packaging carefully before signing the receipt. If the product packaging shows signs of damage (torn, dented, punctured, or wet) and you suspect that the goods inside have been damaged, please refuse to receive the goods and notify us.

- Orders will be delivered to your home, except for cases such as: restricted access to office areas, apartments or high rise buildings (only delivered at the receptionist of the building).

- Customers are encouraged to always record a video of unpackaging to have evidence of the complaint handling process (if any).

- If there are any complaints related to the order, please send feedback to Hanoia with images of the box or package status and the product to be resolved promptly.

Delivery Coverage

- Hanoia supports delivery to customers nationwide. If customer want to support international shipping, please contact to Hanoia before placing the order.
- In the event of an epidemic or a natural disaster, the delivery area may be changed in accordance with government regulations.

Delivery Time

Delivery service works during office hours from Monday to Saturday (except for Sunday and public holidays)

• Standard delivery: From 2 to 5 working days
• Express delivery - chargeable (applicable to Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas (*); depends on product inventory in each city): From 1-2 working days
• Pick up goods at the store: From 24 to 72 hours

Note: This is the estimated delivery time. This time may change for some unexpected reasons and will notify you if there are any. Delivery time in the district, or in special island districts and communes according to separate regulations, may add 1-3 days compared to the delivery time.

Shipping Fee

(*) From 12 Aug 2023, free nationwide standard delivery applies to all orders on the website. (Does not apply to express delivery service)

The shipping fee of the order is calculated based on the distance from the Hanoia warehouse to your shipping address, along with the weight of the product.
Details of the shipping fee will be clearly shown on the order completion page after you enter the shipping address.
