This has become the inspiration behind the Chu Du collection, which begins with our glance through the airplane window.

REFRESHING INSPRIRATION FROM EVERY WANDERLUST ADVENTURE

Every journey begins from high above when the human eye gazes toward the window to appreciate the dreamy landscapes in the sky. Understanding this sentiment, Hanoia designed two product lines, Thanh and Cam, based on the shape of the airplane window, placing viewers in the perfect position to observe every landscape clearly and experience the soaring freedom embodied in the Chu Du Collection. 

Transforming familiar imagery into unique designs, Thanh and Cam boasts minimalist silhouettes with high flexibility and come in lively hues of blue, yellow, and purple. With these product lines, Hanoia displays diverse design styles and approaches to reach out to younger groups, broadening its vision in design. 

THANH - THE BOUNDLESS BLUE SKY OF INSPIRATION

The inspiration for Thanh stems from the spirit of freedom when one immerses oneself in the flow of fluffy clouds drifting across the sky. With the artists’s high craftsmanship, this landscape is encapsulated in the balanced and delicate curves of the frames.

In each collection, Hanoia carries forth the essence of lacquer art through its unique crafting techniques, and in Chu Du, the white cloud layers in Thanh are creatively recreated with delicate silver leaves arranged in an "accidental yet meticulous" manner. Before applying the silver leaves, the artisans soften the edges to produce a seamless balance between each layer of leaves, harmonizing the structure of each cloud layer. This produces a realistic finish that captivates the viewer's eyes from multiple angle and lighting conditions, with the "sea of clouds" pattern sparkling against the light sky-blue backdrop.

CAM - THE FREEDOM OF CREATIVITY SOARING AS A BIRD 

Whether in a firm rectangular shape or a charming square, Cam connects people and scenery on a journey to seek inspiration from nature. In contrast to the soft silhouette with intricate curves, the small airplane windows on Cam are decorated in a charming gradient effect, capturing the romantic transitions from dawn to dusk in the sky. The gradient effect has always been an iconic hallmark of Hanoia's design, but the yellow and purple tones create a unique and energetic impression that appeals to classic and young aesthetic tastes alike. 

This product line is also an interesting highlight of the Chu Du collection that replicates the gentle rhythm of the fluttering white birds beyond the horizon. Despite the minimalist pattern, it requires the artist's meticulous attention to detail and diligence to employ laser engraving and coloring techniques, creating a blend of traditional craftsmanship and innovative contemporary style.
