PURCHASING – SHIPPING – PAYMENT GUIDELINES
- GENERAL PRINCIPLES
- You do not need to sign in to become a member of Hanoia.com to shop on our website. However, you should register as a member to receive more promotions and gifts from Hanoia.
- Products purchased and sold on hanoia.com are permitted by law and are not in the category of products banned from trading or advertising in accordance with law.
- Customers buying our products only pay directly on hanoia.com or pay to the forwarder we specify.
- We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove any part of these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes come into effect as soon as they are posted on hanoia.com without prior notice.
- TRANSACTION PROCESS
- Step 1: Access the homepage hanoia.com and enter the product name to search. View detailed product information you want to buy.
- Step 2: Go to product detail page, select “Add to cart”.
- Step 3: Go to cart page, fill in purchase information.
- Step 4: Choose payment method and proceed with payment.
- Step 5: Check the order information in the confirmation email.
- Step 6: Check the products upon receipt.
- PAYMENT POLICY
You can choose 1 of 3 payment methods as follows:
- Payment on receipt (COD): You pay in cash when receiving the products (Not available for international customers).
- Online payment: You pay online via Onepay payment gateway by domestic or international credit / debit card.
- Bank transfer payment: You pay the transfer via the account below, then HANOIA will transfer the products when the bank confirms receiving the payment.

Before making payment for products / services on www.hanoia.com, you should pay attention to the following issues:
- You must not disclose to third-party email, username and password to login to hanoia.com and payment system.
- To ensure your safety, after choosing the online payment method, you must ensure stable and continuous use of mobile phone number ordered at hanoia.com.
- In case you lose / change your phone number, you should send a notice via email firstname.lastname@example.org, facebook https://www.facebook.com/hanoialacquer/ to correct your order information.
- DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT PROCESS
- Step 1: After you place your order, we will confirm your order and send the order to the delivery department.
- Step 2:For Orders in Vietnam: Delivery department receives products from warehouse and assigns staff to deliver to the address you provide. This whole process will take from 01 – 07 working days, not including Saturday – Sunday (depending on your location).
For International Orders: We will check with our international shipping partner (Viettel Post, FedEx) and get back to the customer with estimated delivery time and fee. As the customer confirms and pays for the shipment fee, we will send the package to the delivery partner and send the tracking code to the customer.
Note: Please check the contents of the package carefully with the delivery staff. If the customer does not check the package along with the delivery staff, Hanoia will not solve exchange / return requests as well as complaints if there is any.
